Description We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Pro Advisor to join our team on a contract basis in Overland Park, Kansas. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive bookkeeping services, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining efficient records for our organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple aspects of accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries.

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Perform bank reconciliations to verify and balance financial transactions.

Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial data and generate reports.

Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights on company performance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.

Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping practices and enhance efficiency.

Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting financial needs.

Provide support during audits, ensuring all required documentation is readily available. Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks software and advanced knowledge of its features.

Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Skilled in performing bank reconciliations with accuracy.

Familiarity with preparing financial statements and analyzing data.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
