About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join a dynamic construction team working on large-scale infrastructure and building projects in the Copper Mountain area. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that values safety, quality, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various tasks on active construction sites.

Perform physical labor such as loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and equipment setup.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety on the job site.

Support concrete work, excavation, demolition, and other general construction activities.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
