The James River SCD District Operations Manager position involves carrying out all aspects of the SCDs tree planting program, by marketing and implementing best conservation practices, assisting producers with their conservation and shelterbelt needs, coordinate with NRCS and FSA where tree programs require, and directly assisting and supporting the Board of Supervisors in various initiatives.
