Senior Paralegal

Job Description

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal for a growing legal client. This individual will serve as the dedicated paralegal supporting an experienced litigation attorney with a busy docket of approximately 68 active matters, primarily involving residential and commercial property-related litigation across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate is a true senior litigation professional who understands the entire litigation lifecycle, can independently manage discovery, depositions, court filings, deadlines, and trial preparation, and consistently anticipates what needs to happen next. Most importantly, this person should be comfortable taking ownership of a docket, making sound independent decisions, navigating multiple jurisdictions, and knowing when attorney involvement is required. The environment offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and a collaborative management style, but candidates must understand that litigation is not always a traditional 9-to-5 schedule and trial weeks can require early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend availability. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal who wants to operate as a trusted partner to an attorney rather than simply execute assigned tasks.
