Life as an NCM is fast paced, exciting and different each day as your job is to manage the entire construction process from start to finish. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for all day-to-day operations at your assigned neighborhood, including, but not limited to, quality control, scheduling trade partners and installations as well as keeping the site clean, safe and working efficiently. On a daily basis, you may also complete tasks like ordering building materials, reviewing, and confirming selections for each home built, while building relationships with the sales, purchasing and construction teams throughout the building process.
