Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Trade, Customer Fulfillment, and IT to align business needs with scalable solutions.
Leading cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities, define future-state processes, and establish operational best practices.
Translating business strategies and customer requirements into integrated business capabilities, technology solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
Evaluating process, data, and technology solutions using service, cost, risk, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
Establishing architecture standards and governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Driving continuous improvement through analytics, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and industry best practices.
Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and enabling successful adoption of new capabilities.
Serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader on modern supply chain architecture and semiconductor industry best practices.
