Participate in testing, validation, and deployment-readiness activities for system updates, patches, enhancements, configuration changes, and new feature deployments across SAP, serialization, transportation, and related supply chain applications.

Support ad hoc operational reporting, root-cause analysis, and business insights requested by team leadership to inform issue resolution, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.

Identify recurring support issues, process gaps, data-quality concerns, and manual workarounds, and recommend improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

Provide guidance and support to super users and end users, including issue resolution, process clarification, training support, and knowledge sharing across Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain teams.
