Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, or fintech ecosystems, with the ability and interest to deepen expertise over time.

Working knowledge of product economics, including pricing, margin dynamics, funding considerations, revenue and expense drivers, and profitability.

Demonstrated experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to structure complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations.

Experience using data-driven insights to support financial planning, business cases, product strategy, or investment decisions.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize financial and strategic analysis for decision-makers.
