What You'll Be Doing
Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Drive project planning, forecasting, reporting, and cost control
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities
Support contract negotiations and project risk management
Mentor Project Coordinators, Assistant PMs, and junior staff
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
7+ years of Project Management experience within EPC, construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments
Experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, vendor management, and client-facing responsibilities
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $93.00/hr.
