Shift: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-1pm

What's a typical day as Machine/Engineering Technician? You'll be:
Supporting manufacturing operations by understanding operator challenges and participating in process execution.
Conducting root cause analysis and designing innovative solutions through process, tooling, and technology.
Supporting training efforts and solving problems in partnership with a skilled team of engineers, machining experts, and vendors.
Contributing to design reviews, risk assessments, and the establishment of new manufacturing operations, including building engineering proto@types and low-volume products.
Designing and developing tooling, creating build processes and work instructions, and contributing to verification and validation practices.
Specifying product requirements, establishing verification and validation plans, executing product tests, and ensuring compliance with process documentation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a 2-year degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (required).
Are proficient at reading and understanding mechanical drawings and using measuring instruments accurately.
Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Are proficient with SolidWorks.
Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience (preferred).
Have related military experience (a plus).
Are willing to work varied shifts to support surge activities.
