Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Worcester area. This is a full-time opportunity at a large portfolio of residential properties. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose duties and responsibilities include:

Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.

Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.

Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.

Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.

Updating Yardi and keeping managers informed of ongoing projects of the sites.

The work hours are 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation. Your workweek will be split between two properties in Berlin and Auburn, MA. You will support other properties in the portfolio as needed.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

Knowledge of general apartment repair and experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.

Basic computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Pay Range: $24-26/hour depending on previous experience.
