Job Duties:Supervise high-voltage electrical, general maintenance, and construction projects for state facilities.Plan, assign, inspect, and prioritize preventive, corrective, and emergency electrical maintenance work.Prepare project estimates, approve material requests, and maintain repair records and technical reports.Coordinate work with other supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.Train and supervise maintenance workers while providing technical expertise and ensuring workplace safety.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have at least six years of experience working with high-voltage electrical systems (600 volts or higher).You understand electrical systems, construction methods, electrical codes, and safety requirements.You can read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans, and specifications.You have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.You can plan projects, maintain accurate records, and coordinate work with multiple teams. You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have experience supervising high-voltage electrical maintenance or construction teams.You have extensive experience with primary and secondary electrical distribution systems.You have experience constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing high-voltage electrical systems.You have managed labor, materials, and project resources while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.You enjoy mentoring others and serving as the technical expert for complex electrical maintenance and construction projects.
