You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and use teamwork and integrity to deliver reliable service in a caring, people-first culture.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for email communication and other related tasks.

Candidates may be required to complete a basic skills assessment to verify their comfort level with technology.

Email communication should be clear, concise, and free of technical errors.

Customer Service Experience (B219)

Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, which may be evaluated through email interactions during the application process.

Emails should reflect a professional tone, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and provide assistance effectively.

Candidates are encouraged to showcase their customer service skills through examples in their email correspondence.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a food and beverage manufacturing location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and designated access points to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.

Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly using required reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
