What We Need:
Brady Corporation is seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for our Engraving Solutions business, which sells through our Brady and Gravotech brands. This position will accelerate market-led growth across our multi-product, multi-industry portfolio in the North America region. Operating as an individual contributor at the critical intersection of Global Product Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you will be responsible for translating complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager for Direct Marking and act as the core engine converting corporate strategy into localized market velocity. You will own the day-to-day execution of Engraving Solutions commercial launches, build high-impact sales enablement tools, optimize the enterprise buyer journey, and monitor competitor threats to maximize regional revenue and market share.
This position can be based in one of our offices including Pittsburgh (Cranberry Township), Atlanta (Duluth metro) or Milwaukee.
What You'll Be Doing:
Market-Led Growth & KPIs: Execute data-driven regional commercial programs designed to accelerate pipeline velocity and capture local market share. Track and report on regional KPIs related to revenue, pipeline impact, and program ROI.
Customer Advocacy: Partner with customer-facing teams to cultivate strong customer advocacy programs. Turn successful product deployments into case studies, video testimonials, and industry references.
Launch Execution: Own the tactical execution of the end-to-end commercial launch framework. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure readiness across product, operations, sales, channel, customer service, and technical support teams.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Tracking: Continuously monitor and analyze regional competitor activities, products, and positioning to help formulate aggressive local counter-strategies. Track local industry standards, regulatory shifts, and compliance mandates to ensure product alignment.
Channel Training & Sales Enablement: In partnership with channel marketing, design and deliver technical and commercial channel training programs. Author and distribute enablement tools to equip internal sales teams and channel partners with the resources to sell effectively.
Optimizing the Buyer Experience: Partner with Sales, Marketing/Communication, and Customer Experience teams to map the enterprise purchasing journey. Identify and mitigate friction points from initial awareness through technical evaluation to post-purchase onboarding.
Demand & Pricing Support: Partner with sales and operations to provide localized field insights that feed into accurate regional demand forecasts. Support the optimization of corporate pricing strategies for the best possible regional outcomes.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of progressive B2B product marketing experience. Experience working within an industrial distribution channel environment is highly preferred.
Proven success as a self-motivated individual contributor who can execute complex initiatives independently while collaborating across a highly matrixed global footprint.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex, technical information into clear, concise customer and executive messaging.
Ability to travel 20% to 40% to engage directly with regional sales teams, channel partners, and key customer accounts.
