Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a "Marketing Project Manager" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Summary:
Lingo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to serve as the central hub for creative operations, content approvals, and marketing workflow management. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, from intake through final release, while ensuring compliance with quality management,promotional review, and regulatory processes.The ideal candidate combines strong marketing project management experience with an understanding of content approval workflows in regulated industries.
This individual will partner closely with Product Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Retail Marketing, HCP, Partnerships. Brand, Social, Regulatory Affairs, Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR), and external stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently through review, approval, production, and distribution.
Top Skills/Experience:
Good Project Management experience and Quality Management System ; Veeva experience is preferred.
Marketing background.
Has a comfort level with the use of Technology
Managing projects and approvals from beginning to end
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Project & Workflow Management
Own and manage the creative intake process for marketing initiatives across digital, CRM, performance marketing, retail, social, ecommerce, and product marketing channels.
Champion content approval workflows supporting Lingo's marketing initiatives.
Facilitate project kickoffs and ensure clear project requirements, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are documented.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, track, and resolve feedback efficiently.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain visibility of project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Quality Management & Content Approval
Manage marketing asset workflows within Wrike and Veeva and/or comparable Quality Management Systems.
Coordinate review and approval processes involving Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing stakeholders.
Review promotional materials and ensure document accuracy, version control, and content fidelity.
Upload, organize, and maintain approved marketing content within quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, documentation standards, and content governance requirements.
Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and content traceability.
Creative Operations & Traffic Management
Serve as the central point of contact for project traffic flowing through the creative organization.
Assign and route work to designers, writers, and creative partners based on skillset and capacity.
Manage creative review schedules, stakeholder review sessions, executive reviews, and approval milestones.
Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions and communicate next steps to teams.
Facilitate recurring project status meetings and workload reviews.
Resource Planning & Asset Management
Maintain project tracking systems, job numbering conventions, project dashboards, and reporting tools.
Create and maintain project folders, file structures, naming conventions, and documentation repositories.
Manage asset routing for approvals, MLR submission, final release, and digital asset management uploads.
Support creative resource allocation planning in partnership with Creative leadership.
Technology & Process Optimization
Maintain project workflow platforms including Monday.com, Wrike and related project management tools.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and project execution.
Support adoption of new marketing operations technologies and processes.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, templates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, Quality Management, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Traffic Management, or Content Operations.
Experience working within a regulated industry such as Health & Wellness, Medical Device, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Health.
Strong understanding of marketing content review and approval workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, regulatory, legal, and business stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Veeva Vault or other Quality Management Systems.
Experience managing promotional review, MLR, or content approval processes.
Medical device or healthcare marketing experience.
Experience supporting creative operations, traffic management, or creative production workflows.
Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce, content marketing, and performance marketing channels.
Experience using Monday.com, Wrike, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and digital asset management platforms.
Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies and workflow systems.
