Salary

The pay range for this position is $100,318.40 (entry-level qualifications) - $155,480 (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.

Job Summary

Levanto, a subsidiary of Baylor Scott & White Health, is building a modern activation engine to ensure patients and members can easily discover, enroll in, and engage with our digital and hybrid care programs. We're looking for an Enrollment Marketing Manager to play a critical role in driving enrollment outcomes across employer and payer populations.

This role sits within the Activation team and is focused on client performance. You will own enrollment campaign execution for assigned accounts, partner closely with Client Success, and be accountable for eligible ? enrolled conversion rates. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys shipping work, learning quickly from data, and continuously improving results.

What You'll Do

Drive Enrollment & Activation Performance

Plan, build and execute multi channel enrollment and activation campaigns across email, SMS, in app, web, paid, and direct mail in Braze

Own execution for launches, relaunches, and ongoing activation efforts for assigned employer and payer accounts

Monitor enrollment performance and activation rates; iterate quickly based on results

Ensure every campaign is anchored to clear goals, success metrics, and follow up actions

Partner Closely with Client Success

Serve as the enrollment marketing execution partner to Client Success teams

Collaborate on activation plans that align to each client's population, timing, and constraints

Facilitate and when necessary attend client on-site activation events

Train Client Success on available activation tactics, playbooks, and best practice recommendations

Support Client Success in improving participation and adoption through targeted activation strategies

Continuously Optimize and Improve

Identify drop offs and opportunities across the eligible ? enrolled funnel

Apply learnings from performance data to improve messaging, cadence, channel mix, and targeting for each specific employer

Bring a test and learn mindset to campaign execution, applying what works and retiring what doesn't

Work Cross Functionally

Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently

Coordinate with experimentation and optimization partners to apply proven tactics into client execution

Ensure all campaigns align with BSWH and/or Levanto brand standards, compliance requirements, and patient experience principles

How You'll Be Measured

Enrollment and activation rates across assigned accounts

Quality and consistency of activation execution for launches and relaunches

Adoption and effectiveness of activation tactics by Client Success partners

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in enrollment, growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing

Hands on experience executing multi channel marketing campaigns tied to conversion outcomes

Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions

Ability to work effectively across teams including Client Success, Product, and Operations

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries

Familiarity with employer based or B2B2C enrollment models

Experience supporting client or program launches

Braze campaign build and data analysis experience

EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
