Location: On-site | 5 days per week

Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the AP process, thrives in a steady workflow, and wants to work in a relaxed office environment that truly values work/life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Process a moderate volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency

Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts

Post invoices and maintain organized AP records

Prepare and process weekly check runs

Review and process employee expense reports

Manage P-card transactions and approve charges in line with company policy

Support the accounting team with additional AP and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role

Hands-on experience with invoice processing, three-way match, and check runs

Experience handling expense reports and employee P-cards

Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, in-office setting
