As a Security Officer - Empire Blvd in Brookshire, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a retail grocery location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. Day Time

Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately, and maintain required armed post equipment in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
