The Material Handler will safely pick and deliver materials to assembly, take away the finished goods and deliver to shipping while ensuring the quality of the product. You Main Responsibilities:

Keep safety as a primary focus by working safely, following safety policies and work instructions, asking for help, promptly reporting safety concerns, and utilizing the Stop & Seek program, as required.

Pull materials for cells by using a computer to identify needed materials based on the route.

Deliver picked materials at required intervals. Support assembly needs by delivering what they need when they need it, while following the tugger timetable.

Maintain quality of parts while in transit to cell ensuring the correct quantity and containers are used and parts are handled correctly.

Take away empty containers, dunnage, tubs and baskets from cells and supermarket.

Help develop and sustain revised material and tugger routes and standard work. Ensure ability to adhere to the routes designated times and stops.

Positively support change initiatives by actively contributing to and participating in lean principles and Kaizen events.

Promote 5S + Safety in the supermarket and maintain a clean organized supermarket with parts clearly labeled and overflow material clearly identified.

Ensure "First-In-First-Out" (FIFO) of material through fixed shelf locators and overflow areas. Add and remove "Pick
