Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $22-$26/hr DOE

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Position Type: Full time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and fulfillment of materials, parts, and equipment, supporting both physical and administrative operations

Manage customer orders by labeling materials, tracking inventory locations, and coordinating distribution across warehouses or production lines

Complete SAP transactions, conduct cycle counts, and generate non-conformance reports to maintain inventory accuracy

Prepare and oversee outbound shipments, including packaging, loading, and coordinating standard and nonstandard crating requirements

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cranes, trucks and maintain a safe work environment by following PPE and Lockout/Tagout LOTO procedures

Requirements:

2-4 years of related experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and document information

Proficiency in foundational computer tools, including warehouse management systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferences:

Material handling experience

Technical Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
