Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Grove City, Ohio in a Contract to Permanent position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a positive customer experience, enjoys solving problems, and can stay organized in a high-volume setting. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve order, shipment, and account-related questions while working closely with internal teams. This role offers training, long-term growth potential, and exposure to a collaborative operation that supports a fast-moving fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, shipment scheduling, and fulfillment support through phone, email, or ticketing channels.

Research tracking issues, delivery exceptions, and service concerns to provide timely and accurate updates to customers.

Assist with claims involving damaged goods or transit-related problems and help move each case toward resolution.

Address billing and account questions, partnering with internal departments when additional review or action is needed.

Record all customer interactions, case details, and next steps clearly within the company's support platform.

Work closely with fulfillment and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain service quality.

Take ownership of open cases from initial contact through final follow-up, ensuring customers receive complete and attentive support.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of care and responsiveness. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, administrative, logistics, or similar service-focused roles is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

Proven ability to stay composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with a solutions-oriented approach.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to gather details, assess issues, and determine appropriate next steps.

Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail when documenting cases and managing follow-up tasks.

Comfort using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or comparable platforms; experience with Google Workspace is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting near an active fulfillment operation and adapt to changing business needs.

Experience in e-commerce, shipping, receiving, order management, B2B support, or healthcare-related environments is helpful but not required. TalentMatch®
