Description

We are looking for an organized overnight Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative processes running smoothly, serving as a detail-oriented first point of contact, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with accuracy. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk and general office support activities to help maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace.

Respond to incoming calls courteously, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take clear messages when needed.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy while keeping records organized and up to date.

Provide day-to-day administrative support such as preparing documents, filing materials, and coordinating routine office tasks.

Greet visitors and assist with receptionist-related duties to ensure a positive experience for guests and staff.

Monitor administrative workflows and support office operations by handling assigned clerical responsibilities in a timely manner.

Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.

Familiarity with general office procedures, document handling, and administrative tasks.

Comfortable performing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activity.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. TalentMatch®
