What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:
Performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in an advanced cleanroom environment.
Conducting visual quality inspections and checks following maintenance procedures.
Responding to factory system and equipment error messages to keep operations running smoothly.
Reviewing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and performing equipment defect troubleshooting.
Maintaining spare parts management systems and logging inventory throughout the equipment life cycle.
Following all safety, health, and cleanroom gowning protocols.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Possess a High School Diploma or GED (required).
Have basic computer proficiency to monitor, track, and input production data.
Are detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions.
Are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom suits/PPE (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, gloves) and standing/walking on the factory floor for the majority of the shift (excluding breaks).
Can lift weight consistent with standard safety guidelines and NIOSH recommendations.
Are legally authorized to work in the United States.
