Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Handle inbound customer service calls related to urgent care, credentialing, referrals, dental services, VA personnel, and veterans urgent care.

Conduct outbound follow-up calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and complete case management activities.

Address billing, account, and claims-related inquiries while providing accurate guidance and support.

Resolve customer concerns on first contact whenever possible and escalate complex issues according to established procedures.

Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting and system navigation assistance.

Document all customer interactions, case details, and resolutions accurately in company systems.

Manage a high-volume call environment, handling approximately 50-70 calls per day and prioritizing workload effectively.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and coaching to maintain knowledge and improve performance.

Meet customer service and operational metrics, including customer satisfaction, resolution rates, attendance, and productivity goals.

Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, time management, and professionalism while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Pay: $15.00/Hr - $16.00/Hr + $5.09/Hr Fringe Benefit Pay

Schedule: Must have open availability Monday - Friday

Location: 100% remote. All equipment will be provided

Duration: Open contract position

Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience within a high volume inbound/outbound call center environment

1+ year of experience within a healthcare setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
