As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $24.33 / Hour

Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.

Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Texas Level III Armed Security License.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Have access control or badge experience, preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
