Description

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and can manage a high volume of documentation with precision and professionalism. The Administrative Assistant will help keep daily operations on track by handling records, responding to inquiries, and supporting cross-functional administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize a large volume of forms, records, and correspondence while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Track deadlines, identify outstanding items, and follow up to keep administrative processes moving efficiently.

Enter, update, and maintain information within databases and internal recordkeeping systems.

Support operational and compliance-related needs.

Respond professionally to questions regarding documents and administrative procedures.

Work closely with multiple departments to coordinate information and provide day-to-day administrative support.

Perform general office support duties, including handling inbound calls and assisting with receptionist-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience in an administrative support or office coordination role with significant document handling responsibilities.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume workload.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with data entry and maintaining information in database or record management systems.

Ability to organize competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing business needs.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to service.
