Position Summary
The Temporary Admin Assistant provides essential operational and administrative support by scanning, organizing, and maintaining critical business documents. This role ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of high-volume documentation, including evidence materials, standard operating procedures, rejection packets, and business filing records.
The associate will support multiple business units and perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned to help maintain workflow continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Scan, organize, and maintain high-volume business documents.
Process and maintain evidence materials, SOPs, rejection packets, and business filing records.
Ensure documents are complete, accurate, properly labeled, and stored according to established procedures.
Use a computer, scanner, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and calculator to complete daily tasks.
Review documents for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.
Support timely document processing and workflow completion across multiple business units.
Follow company procedures, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Communicate workflow issues or document discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic PC knowledge and computer proficiency.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to use a calculator and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential business information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in document processing, data entry, fulfillment, records management, or administrative support.
Experience working with scanners, digital filing systems, or document management platforms.
Work Environment
This is a temporary operational support position involving computer work, document scanning, data entry, filing, and other administrative duties. The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
