Executive Assistant / Junior Project Manager

Farmington, CT - remote (1 day on site in Farmington CT office)

$35/hr

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

I am currently working with a leading advisory firm in the Hartford County, CT area that is looking to add an Executive Assistant / Junior Project Manager to support their executive leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences

Prepare and submit expense reports through Concur

Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders

Respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of leadership

Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communications

Support special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met

Assist with project management activities using tools such as Asana

Qualifications:

Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar experience

Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience

Experience supporting executives and senior leadership

Project management or project support experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with Asana is a plus

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Work Environment:

Candidates outside of Connecticut may work remotely but must be willing to travel to the CT office approximately once per month

Local candidates are expected to work in-office 2-3 days per week

Mondays and Fridays are remote

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
