As a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor access points, screen personnel and deliveries, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or delivery items entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures.

Operate screening equipment and conduct visual inspections of belongings, parcels, and freight as directed by site procedures.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols of designated loading areas, warehouse spaces, entry points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
