Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $28 - $30 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Accounting Supervisor:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

Review and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and accounting records

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion

Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts

Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Coordinate audits and provide documentation to external auditors and CPA firms

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Must have at least 1-year related experience in Accounting

Excellent math skills

Excellent typing skills

Office experience in manufacturing preferred

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be skilled utilizing the standard office equipment (copier, fax, etc)

Background check and Drug test required
