Our client, a leading organization in the nutrition industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive temporary Customer Service Specialist for 6 weeks only. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Customer Service department, supporting operational teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (6 week assignment)

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Range: $28.00 per hour

Hybrid Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Work from home Mondays & Fridays. In office Tuesdays through Thursdays.

What's the Job?

Manage and track customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues

Coordinate with carriers to monitor shipment statuses and resolve any logistical challenges

Communicate effectively with customers via verbal and written channels to provide updates and support

Utilize Excel to maintain accurate records and generate reports for operational review

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction

What's Needed?

Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with carriers for shipment tracking and logistics coordination

Experience handling customer orders and resolving related issues

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
