Job SummaryResponsible for leading a team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, and maintaining quality standards for assigned work cell 404.Job Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production operators within work cell 404, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to Jabil's manufacturing processes and procedures. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and quality deviations promptly. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and labor utilization. Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality, maintenance) to address operational challenges and improve processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.* Perform performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Job Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and production schedules. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
