The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Provider Backoffice Consulting - Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for our clients. Within our Strategy practice, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance business performance. Your work will be instrumental in streamlining processes and improving productivity, making a tangible impact on client operations.

As an Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing your skills to deliver quality work. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using challenges as opportunities for growth. Your role will involve responding effectively to diverse perspectives, utilizing a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions.

In this role at PwC, you will contribute to client engagement and projects, supporting senior staff and participating in project tasks. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business @context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients in streamlining processes and improving productivity

Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored recommendations that align with specific business requirements

Utilizing business data analytics to inform insights and drive operational performance improvements

Engaging in project tasks that contribute to the optimization of operational processes

Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions

Developing a deeper understanding of the business @context and adapting strategies to evolving needs

Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct

Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for operational excellence

Supporting senior staff in managing client relationships and delivering quality work

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 1 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance

Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Process Optimization

Utilizing AI Fluency and AI-Human Collaboration in consulting projects

Engaging in Business Transformation and Change Management initiatives

Applying Operational Excellence and Quality Standards Implementation

Participating in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management activities

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
