We are currently searching for our newest Clinical Pharmacist - ED who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

Clinical Pharmacist position details:

Facility: South Florida Baptist Hospital

Location: Plant City, FL

Status: Full time, exempt

Shift: Variable - 7 on, 7 off

Weekend Work: Every other

On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

Required: Pharmacist - State of FL

Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience
