What You Will Do:
Development/implementation of a business plan for each assigned account that results in increasing our level of account penetration, customer service, margin, and sales
Promote NCE's and key vendor's products through proactive product marketing, training opportunities, and joint sales calls
Promote NCE services and divisions to customer base
Champion our ABB and other control offerings
Work closely with the industrial sales manager to actively identify, solicit, bid, and write opportunities
Responsible for all aspects of retaining and enhancing existing relationships with strategic customers, key players, and reps
Communicate, mentor, and work closely with the inside support staff to optimize customer service and maximize account penetration and sales
Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in Puget Sound Market.
Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned, and new accounts.
Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts.
Generate Quotations, and provide tracking and market intelligence for project-related business.
Actively promote NCE market-specific endeavors.
Utilize NCE resources and Specialists (solar, SSG, energy specialists, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
2- 3 years of outside sales or business development experience
Good computer skills and preferred experience with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years.
Self-motivated, outgoing, positive attitude, good communicator, team player, professional in appearance
Able to turn obstacles into opportunities.
Solid time management skills.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Office and field environment.
Driving to customer offices and jobsites
Frequent computer and phone use.
Occasional heavy lifting - up to 50 lbs.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary & Compensation:
This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
Pay is $36,000 annually + Commission Plan.
