Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors while managing schedules, communications, documentation, and day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.

Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics.

Support special projects and provide administrative assistance to management and staff.

Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting multiple departments or executives.

Knowledge of office management procedures and business operations.

Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
