What You'll Do

Lead a team of 8-10 warehouse associates

Oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory

Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, order pickers, and pallet jacks

Load/unload trailers and manage warehouse flow

Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse experience

Previous lead or leadership experience

Forklift experience required

Shipping/receiving and inventory experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule

Training on 1st Shift for several weeks

Transition to 2nd Shift leadership role

Overtime available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
