Pay: $19 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Builder/Warehouse Associate, you will:
Support build and assembly operations using hand tools and wires
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting, throughout the shift
Operate material-handling equipment and push or pull work racks and carts
Move work racks to different locations throughout the warehouse
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment under tight deadlines
Maintain inventory accuracy and update tracking records
Process returned or used materials, including RMA system entries and organization
Assist with inbound and outbound shipments
Keep dock and warehouse areas clean and organized
Work with inventory in mini-warehouse environments and provide customer service as needed
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Support workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization
Demonstrate adaptability, urgency, and effective problem-solving
Collaborate with team members while also working independently
This is a physically active role that requires standing, walking, kneeling, twisting, lifting, and moving for 8 or more hours per day.
What You'll Need
The ideal candidate:
Can stand and walk for extended periods, including 8 or more hours per day
Can regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Can push and pull work racks and carts throughout the warehouse
Has basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or warehouse systems
Can read, write, and understand English
Can accurately follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
Is comfortable using hand tools and working with wires
Has composite-toed safety shoes
Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates strong attendance and a solid work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using material-handling equipment, such as pallet jacks
Previous warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace or warehouse management systems
