Solar Alternatives, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our commercial and residential sales teams. This role is critical in driving our company's growth and expanding our market share in clean energy solutions.

As Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations, develop strategic sales plans, and foster a high-performance culture that motivates the team to exceed targets. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service departments, ensuring seamless customer experiences and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial and residential sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance team performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in solar or renewable energy sectors.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Passion for clean energy and sustainability.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Familiarity and comfort with use and teaching of ai tools
