Description We are looking for a detail-oriented customer service specialist to support order management and transactional activities for a long-term contract position based in Everett, Washington. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate sales orders, service-related requests, credits, and purchasing needs while maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-through. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with established trade and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders by reviewing requirements, entering transactions accurately, and tracking progress through completion.

Coordinate warranty exchanges, credit activity, monitor replacement requests, and purchase-related transactions to support customer and business needs.

Perform administrative support tasks connected to material sales and credit processing, ensuring records are complete and up to date.

Partner with teams across sales, product lines, repairs, finance, global trade, and purchasing to resolve issues and keep orders moving efficiently.

Communicate with internal and external customers to clarify requests, provide status updates, and drive timely transactional resolution.

Follow global trade guidelines and export-related requirements to ensure all applicable policies are met.

Support adherence to company licensing and compliance standards associated with international shipments and export activity.

Contribute to the development and rollout of departmental procedures and process improvements across cross-functional groups. Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, administrative support, or a related field.

Experience processing sales orders, credits, purchase requests, or warranty claims preferred.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and order entry or ERP systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing interactions.
