HR Generalist- Deerfield Area
Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in the Deerfield area to hire an HR Generalist to join a collaborative HR team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
Support employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records, administration, and reporting
Coordinate leave administration and training programs
Support workplace safety and workers' compensation efforts
Serve as backup for benefits administration
Help ensure HR compliance and consistent practices across locations
Requirements:
Progressive Human Resources experience
Bilingual in Spanish required
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work effectively with management and employees at all levels

Requirements
Strong background in HR administration and prior experience in a HR Generalist role, including recordkeeping, reporting, and process coordination.
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
