Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative tasks organized, providing attentive front-desk support, and handling document processing with accuracy. The person in this role will contribute to a busy office environment by managing incoming calls, entering information carefully, and assisting with tax-related document scanning during the season.

Responsibilities:

Organize, scan, and file tax returns and related documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide front-desk and general office support to help maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Answer inbound calls courteously, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.

Enter and update information in office systems while ensuring records remain complete and accurate.

Support administrative workflows by preparing, sorting, and managing documents as needed.

Assist team members with clerical tasks during high-volume periods, especially throughout tax season. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.

Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable handling sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality.

Proficiency with basic administrative office tasks, including scanning, filing, and document organization.
