Job Title: Front Desk- School

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Person to join our school. As the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring a seamless experience for all our Visitors.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Student Support:

Provide information to students regarding school policies, procedures, and resources.

Assist in student registration, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.

Coordinate with academic advisors to ensure student needs are addressed.

Visitor Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate appointments for faculty, staff, and students.

Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and guests.

Ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and coordinating events within the medical school.

Manage logistics, including room reservations, catering, and participant communications.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, phone systems).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
