Job Overview: TheBudget Analyst Supervisormonitors the budget and related fiscal operations to ensure adequate support for current and planned program operations. Responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: maintaining budget systems, policies, and methods for programs to follow; review the development, monitoring, and management of contracts for goods and services to ensure project outcomes are met within budget and regulatory constraints; filing grant reports ; and prepare and submit budget reports and documents . This position supervises the Administrative Specialists who are responsible for budgeting and fiscal management for their assigned DOJ division. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or related field. Four years of directly related budgeting experience. Two years of supervisory experience. Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
