The Opportunity

As a Pricing Analytics Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. By partnering with team leadership, you will validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. This position offers the chance to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyzing pricing models and customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies

Developing customer-centric solutions to enhance client experience and drive business growth

Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of pricing and profitability initiatives

Utilizing analytical thinking and pricing software to assess market trends and pricing strategies

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue maximization and profitable growth

Guiding team members in project budgeting and resource management to achieve client objectives

Implementing innovative digital tools and AI-human collaboration to enhance service excellence

Mentoring team members to develop skills and embrace change in a dynamic environment

Engaging in strategic questioning to address client needs and improve customer value

Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support pricing and profitability goals

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of experience

Analyzing customer, transaction, pricing, and business performance data to quantify value drivers, identify revenue and margin opportunities, and support pricing decisions

Mapping customer journeys and business processes to identify pain points, process gaps, and opportunities to improve pricing, promotion, and revenue management effectiveness

Demonstrating proficiency in Pricing Strategy and Pricing Software

Utilizing AI Fluency and AI-Human Collaboration for innovative solutions

Excelling in Market Share Analysis and Pricing Trends

Leveraging Analytical Thinking for Price/Performance Analysis

Managing Project Budgeting and Revenue Maximization

Embracing Business Transformation and Digital Tooling

Engaging in Strategic Questioning and Stakeholder Engagement

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
