The Opportunity

As a Pricing and Revenue Consulting Senior Associate within our Consumer Markets Sector, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting practice, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will develop customer-centric solutions and provide guidance to enhance client experiences and drive business growth. Within our Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, reinforcing professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business @context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

Analyzing pricing models and assessing customer profitability to optimize strategies and maximize customer value

Developing customer-centric solutions to enhance client experience and drive business growth

Utilizing analytical thinking and market trends to inform pricing strategies and profitability analysis

Collaborating with teams to manage project budgeting and resource allocation effectively

Implementing promotional pricing and revenue maximization techniques to support profitable growth

Engaging with stakeholders to understand diverse perspectives and incorporate feedback into strategic planning

Applying AI fluency and digital tooling to improve pricing software and model accuracy

Monitoring sales and conducting price verification to validate alignment with market conditions

Conducting profit and loss analysis to identify opportunities for profitability management and improvement

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 3 years of experience

Demonstrating proficiency in pricing software and promotional pricing techniques

Excelling in profitability management and revenue maximization

Analyzing market trends and price/performance analysis for consumer markets

Navigating complex situations with intellectual curiosity and learning agility

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
