You provide PT to patients with care and compassion to ensure rehabilitation success. ATTRIBUTES Developed leadership skills Patient focused, with demonstrated care and compassion Exceptional communication and documentation skills RESPONSIBILITIES Patient Evaluation. Assess patient impairment and current condition to evaluate rehabilitation potential; report on patient progress, communicate effectively with physician and other team members; counsel patient and family according to degree of disability or impairment Treatment & Planning. Develop physical therapy treatment project for each patient, including training in functional mobility, use of assistive devices, therapeutic exercise, balance and coordination retraining, massage, heat and cryotherapy; apply diagnostic and progressive functionality tests Leadership. Train, mentor and coach team members to ensure standards of the department are met; address scheduling needs to ensure proper coverage is provided #RRHHomeCare26 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20-50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements. PAY RANGE: $71,000.00 - $101,920.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
