As a Security Officer - Active DoD Clearance in Gilbert, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an aerospace and defense location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting protection of restricted areas and assets.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
