Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate record management for a Contract position based in Vista, California. In this role, you will handle high-volume data updates, review reports for accuracy, and maintain organized digital documentation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive tasks, works carefully with product abbreviations and coded information, and uses Excel confidently to keep records complete and current.

Responsibilities:

Transfer information accurately from one database or platform into another while maintaining consistent formatting and data integrity.

Use Excel to organize, review, and update records, ensuring information is entered correctly and can be easily tracked.

Upload PDF documents and confirm that files are attached to the appropriate records.

Identify incomplete, missing, or inconsistent data and follow up by locating the correct details from available sources.

Review system-generated reports to validate entries and confirm that stored information matches supporting documentation.

Work with product-related acronyms and coded references, applying careful attention to detail when entering and checking information.

Complete recurring data entry assignments efficiently while maintaining accuracy throughout repetitive workflows.

Requirements - Previous experience in data entry or administrative support involving frequent computer-based record updates.

Strong typing ability with a high level of accuracy in numeric and text entry.

Working knowledge of Excel for basic data organization, review, and record maintenance.

Comfort handling repetitive tasks while staying focused and detail-oriented throughout the workday.

Ability to identify data gaps, correct inconsistencies, and verify information using reports and source documents.

Familiarity with uploading and managing digital files such as PDFs within business systems.

Clear understanding of written abbreviations, product codes, and structured data fields in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
