As a Security Officer Overnight Hotel Resort Patrol in Oceanside, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests, residents, and team members with exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort common areas, guest-accessible spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
